Registration
To register for one of our teams, please complete the form below. You must have a team to register for, registering does not place you on a team. Coaches build their teams, we do not have open registration. If you are looking for a team, contact the registrar, Bobbi-Jo Staver, @ [email protected] to be added to the player pool for coaches. Make sure of the following:
- upload a color photo of your son/daughter. (If you don't have a digital picture, have someone scan one for you or take a picture with a smartphone and email it to you.)
- upload a scanned copy of your son/daughter's birth certificate. (If you cannot scan it, have someone take a clear picture with a smartphone and email it to you.)
Registration for Foreign Born Players
If you have a player who was not born in the United States, please complete either the Under 12 Form or the 12 to 17 Form.
